1. Wholesale Returns
Elevated Goods LLC accepts returns of BLNDZ products under the following conditions. This policy applies exclusively to wholesale (B2B) transactions.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the return of incorrect items and ship the correct products at no additional cost.
4. General Returns
Returns of undamaged, unopened products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in original, resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products past their expiration date
- Custom or special-order items
- Products returned after 30 days
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned products. Refunds are issued as account credits or to the original payment method.
