Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA)
The Kratom Consumer Protection Act establishes a regulatory framework for kratom products at the state level. KCPA states require vendors to register with state authorities, submit products for third-party lab testing, follow strict labeling standards (including mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content), and enforce age verification (typically 18+ or 21+). As of February 2026, fifteen states have adopted KCPA or equivalent legislation.
BLNDZ products are manufactured to meet or exceed KCPA requirements in all regulated states, with full Certificates of Analysis available for every batch.
Our Commitment
All BLNDZ products are manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities with third-party COAs for every batch. We voluntarily comply with KCPA standards nationwide — even in states that have not yet adopted the act. We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where kratom is prohibited.
