1. Applicability
These Terms of Sale apply to all wholesale purchases of BLNDZ products from Elevated Goods LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing and Payment
Wholesale pricing is based on your assigned tier (Retailer, Sub-Distributor, Distributor, or Master Distributor). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Payment terms are established during account setup.
3. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product and tier. MOQs are communicated at account setup and may be adjusted with notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. NET Terms
Qualified accounts may be eligible for NET 15 or NET 30 payment terms after an initial prepaid order. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge and suspension of NET terms.
6. Product Compliance
All BLNDZ products are manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and state regulations in their operating jurisdictions. Refer to our State Compliance page for a current overview of kratom legality by state.
7. Returns
See our Return Policy for details on returns and refunds. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elevated Goods LLC's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim.
